in that case you could use the pen tool, but I don't like using it in flash, it is good with adobe illustrator..

the pen tool in adobe illustrator is very cool and easy to draw with..

You don't need to go through all that, draw on paper, scan, that takes too long, just get used to the brush tool in flash it does a good job. if it is too hard to draw with flash, than use adobe...
