Frame labels have always been buggy, using frame numbers solves everything.

Or get someone who owns flash 5 or mx to make you a login, then include it, but they'd have to include all the animations in it before you made it..

im putting it into a board system im designing and it'd be nicer to just do [.flash]url[./flash] (without the dots) rather than to do the w/h too

2advanced was made in flash 5, but swish can make the mouseovers, but there is only simple "action" scripting. You could make a imitation of his site with a bit of practice.

You could by loading a flash form via .swf then having all the actionscripting in that .swf...that would work, ive done it before
