I've wondered how to do this too, I'm not sure KM can to ease-out and ease-in with tweens. You need a way to set the interval timing of tweens in a non-linear fashion.
The help manual...

You can change the scroll bars in dynamic text. Differences between the 'list box' and 'dynamic text box', other than looks? not sure.
