I have not been able to find a time server that I could connect to via Actionscript yet... but I have looked at the APS side and was able to find a script that sends back the server time:

As far as I know, there is not a way to make an exact copy of a QT VR panorama in Flash... but there is a way to fake it... well a simple one.
You can take your panoramic image and make it move...
