Okay, so I've done my due dilligence and scoured these forums (and others) for an answer, but none have covered this topic conclusively.

If Flash can parse XML, surely it can parse soundly...

I don't see why using Netscape or IE, mac or windows should be such a big issue anymore. Both NS & IE in v.6+ are WC3 DOM-compliant browsers. Gone I think are the days when people should be coding...
