im saying copy the contents of each scene into a new swf of its on then loading the movie on the fly when button is pressed ;)

its a button with a command to getURL(and the URL) blah, if ur just skipping the scene than have goTo statment that takes u to ur main scene and the frame ;)

put it in HTML document, right now ur only viewing the swf, of course its to the left

u mean layer as in a movie loaded into a layer???

if not i suggest using a movie clip as the center window and having a tell target on the buttons

2. u cant go to frame 1 of scene one because thats where the preloader is and i strongly suggest breaking each scene to a movie and doing a load movie in the main movie

is the mouseevent a press or on frame entrance? make sure u have it set to the correct event on press

add the motion guide to the mask layer... u mean to tween over a layer right? send the fla

and if what frame is loaded?

goto frame 1 and play?

have the mc or layer say if frame is loaded (clip/#) tell target mouse cursor into blah..... else have it display busy

on the second frame of the button have it be a movie clip and tween the text in the clip to do as u wish

or use scripting

STOP! DO NOT PUT A "GET FLASH BUTTON" IN FLASH! if the people can see that button it automatically means they have the flash viewer.. put it on ur splash page or something, but not in the flash...
