I have a pop up window where my quicktime movie is being played...but when it pops up it just has the quicktime logo and it waits till the whole movie loads...

When i checked out your site the flash file was the size of a thumbnail...i'm running on a g4 mac with a 21' monitor...

so not sure if thats the problem..
