that would give you a variable height...

sounds as though your total= line isnt set to an expression, change it and that should fix your problem

Yes I did... and as a matter of fact... I went and deleted a BUNCH of fonts...
Flash still sees them Deleted or not, and wont see the newer fonts.

I have tried restarting and all sorts of little...

Im using Flash 4, and I recently noticed not all my fonts are showing up as installed... I needed a new font, and flash just doesnt even know they're there... anyone know a solution to this?

Try using the document.substring, but if flash is making it an integer, try dividing it by its relative 10.... ie:

int (8678901234 / 1000000000) would return 8
