First you need a internet web domain. I use F2S www.f2s.com

Then best thing to do is get a FTP program such as Flash FXP
or WS_FTP.

I am more use to Flash MX then Flash 5.
At first i hated the new look of mx and that all the
actions had been moved all over the place. But it is
