Have a gotoAndStop(); Frame number command to load that riders image is the easiest way and fastest.

look on flashkits tutorials in the games section or to get you started in actionscript in general go to www.actionscript.org also search these forums you'll find what you need.

I really dont get what you mean but rotation is exacuted by this command.
yDisplay.dummy._rotation = 180;
If you want something else try to explain exactly how it rotates or do you mean mirror?

It works now...very nice its got a neat story to it and the levels are decently designed. Though it really kills the processor it bogged down quite a bit when walking i got maybe a good 16 fps.

I got stuck in both versions of the game, how are you doing your hitTest and scrolling, post those 2 codes and ill be able to help you fix them up.
