Hi, select the text, then choose the rotate tool press alt on pc or (i think apple) on mac choose a rotation point, click. Then select amount of rotation, click copy and tick preview.

Hi I would take a photo and tidy the edges using a graphics app, and create a tile that will replicate smoothly possibly you could do something like that

Hi, have you checked that the files in rgb not cmyk...
could just be the settings of paint shop pro, can you check to see if it has a colour calibration setting.

Depending on what you want to do I would look at slicing up images, and think of how you can cut them to be most effective, maybe try to learn how to build the page and optimise the image use....

I like it, tiny bit busy, lots of elements used (splats dont work with the clouds for me) sometimes less is more. I am loving the subtle japan starburst, that looks cool :)
