Yeah, I would agree. I have had no problems w/ sites that are fully W3C compliant. Is it 508 compliant? Maybe we could see the 'breakage' in other browsers?

haha, no, its tape :), but it could be a little cleaner. Take a look at the nintendo sites - the mario ones in preticular that use that tape look. They are very good.
