Hi all, I just constructed (most of it) my first relatively substantial script. This one is for dynamically loading a .jpg and having it fade in.

I am loading an exernal .jpg into a MC called "header" and masking it with a MC called "headermask" using this script:

Actually, actionscript CAN do that, just use the "loadMovie", put this in your first frame, and a .jpg called "external" in the same folder as your .swf.
