button animation help

i want the button to be "products" and when you mouse over it products fades out and innovation fades in and moves to the top right, like an animation

can someone help?

You would create a button clip and the first frame would say products. the second frame would be a movie clip of the same art from the first fraem but you would make that a movie clip and inside THAT you would do the transition with a simple tween and adding an alpha to it. You would also put a "Stop" command at the end of your Products/Innovation movie clip so it does not cycle. Unless of course if you wanted that.
