flash form to email with cgi or php, anyone know how?

I need to send a flash form to my email and I want it going via cgi or php, does anyone know of a script for this and the actions needed.

I had a look in the tutorials section but they didnt seem too helpful.

If anyone could help please it would save my hair!

Thanks for that, and yes it is a great script although I found a problem in the php script. On line 171 it should be appended from

unset($DataArray['recipient'];

to:

unset($DataArray['recipient']);

but other than that, its made my week!
