I added a menu bar to a flash movie, and when I test the movie it's there, but when I publish it, it's gone! what's the deal?

    thanks a million,

Check your publish settings. My guess is that you're publish it for Flash4 and u'r using Flash5 actionscript in your movie. No?

what do you mean publish? like hitting f-12? or actually uploading?

if you've uploaded and checked through a url..and it's not playing. you could of forgotten to upload the .swf file to your server??

i dunno what else i guess, i've done that before and i was stumpped for a long ass time..

Went camping for the weekend, and now it's there. I don't know. Maybe the server wasn't updating the files regularly enough, or maybe one of you gentlemen was right about load time, etc.
Anyway, problem solved, thanks for helping me out!
