Dancing Guitarists

HI,
I am new to the form and I was wondering if anyone can make those Jumping Guitarists like at the flash intro to http://www.limpbizkit.com/ ? I have been trying to get these for ages but come across nothing! Can anyone help? please?

At first u need a resource video to capture the movements.
Export selective frames as images and draw or trace the figure of each frame and compose the animation in Flash.
It's hard work but rewarding.
