some links on the site

Hey there !

On my new site (http://home.tiscalinet.be/inspraak), i want links for in the site as on http://www.vld.be and http://www.agalev.be this means that, when you go on a headmenu with your mouse, that the submenu's come out of it right away !!

who can help me with this ??
