highest quality of traced bitmap?

just real quick, what settings can I use in Flash 5 on tracing bitmaps that will have the result be as close as possible to what my bitmap looks like? I really want to get rid of a lot of my bitmaps but am sure having a hard time making them not be distorted when I go to trace them

Minimum area 1 pixel
curve fit very tight
corner threshold many corners.
But r u sure u won't end up with 6000 objects/image with 5 times the byte size of your bitmap?
