Align Loaded movie, but but but how?

You cannot.

Unfortunately, Flash defines the size of your movie by the first movie loaded.. It expects that all the other movies you load will be the same size. If they are smaller or larger then they are either in the upper left corner, or they are cropped. One can only hope that Flah 5 will handle this better

Basically.. you want to make sure that all the movies you are loading are the same size.

like in the movie properties?

so if i have my "main" movie is lets say 700 by 400 and i create the "loaded" movie 700 by 400 with a moviclip inside it taht i conviniently placed kinda centered, would that work?

Yes, I meant the Stage size, which is set in the Movie Properties. So.. yes, just make a 700x400 movie, and center your movie clip in that. That will work.

im loading some swf files into my main movie
how do i align the so the are ,lets say centered instead on the 0,0 thing ?

hmm one more annoying question...
i read somewhere that i could have a movieclip on the stage and if i load a swf file into it , the swf would take its ... how do you say.. measures? and i could use tell atrgets and stuff.. is that so?
ho would i do that in some short words?
