does anyone know how to get the scroll bar of navigator or explorer to change colors?? i could have swore that i seen flashkit's orange and blue one time, but it isnt doing it anymore.... maybe i am imagining things.... does anyone know what i am talking about??

I believe its all done with CSS (Style Sheets). There is a scrollbar property in CSS. I'm not exactly sure of all the specific properties of it to specify the colors, but i'm sure you could find a tutorial of some kind that explains them.
The scrollbars were once blue and orange here on Flashkit.com but then they took the colors away for some reason. So you're not crazy or imagining things.
