I created a litle application to rip the SWF files out of standard projector files. It won't work on projectors created by third party tools but it's free and you can download it from: http://www.northcode.com/free/exe2swf.html

    Doesn't work

Ok, so I used your program and it converted it. But now it doesn't work like its suppossed to.
The .exe can be found at http://www.goofball.com/games/991129_millionaire
Its a Who Wants to be Millionaire .exe
I'd like to use this as a quiz with my own questions.
But when I convert it it won't play properly and also I can't locate the questions.
    Can anyone help??

    Oh yeah

Oh yeah, and once it had converted into a .swf it was protected so I used a deprotector that I found at http://soft.km169.net/soft/html/2176.htm
    Perhaps this was the problem.

exe2swf will pull SWF files out of some third party products, if they haven't compressed the SWF file.

The EXE may have included additional features not available in the SWF only version.

The idea wasn't to make it easier to rip off other people's work but to make them safer for good virus fearin folk everywhere.

It was marked PROTECTED for a reason. Respect that and contact the author if you want a copy of the SWF/FLA to use in your own work...

I apologize if you weren't trying to swipe the SWF for your own dastardly purposes, but that's what it sounded like
