Exporting Animated .gifs - Transparency

I have an imported logo that consists of a black 320 by 240 square and in the middle of the square is a logo. There are 40 frames of this logo. I
would like to export this animation as an animated .gif with the black box transparent. How would I go about doing this whether in Flash or in a
photo paint package. I use Corel PhotoPaint. When you export or save as an animated .gif in PhotoPaint you are given the opportunity of make a
colour transparent, does Flash work this way as well??

Flash doesnt make any colour transparent so that wont be any good but if you use paint shop pro, that should do the job.
