once you click on a link the 3 big head move of the creen with a blurring effect. Can anybody tell me how this is done? I know it has something to do with alpha, but i can't seem to create the effect. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Do you have Swish?
If so it can be done real easy. Just take any old font and add a blur effect to it, make sure and export the shape as a symbol, and then import the movie created into flash and then swap the symbol to the image that you want to use and do a a little motion tweening to make it move off of the screen.
I would also delete a few of the frames in the blur sequence to give it the effect of going faster.

you make motion blur effect in Photoshop and put it into Flash movie.
