Creating dotted lines and shapes

I see or come across sites that have dotted line every thing circles, squares, lines i.e. http://www.pixelcore.com

is it easy to achieve this effect in photo shop 6.0

This is just 1 small white dot on a thin blue background that is tiled across the page. Simple to do. Peace,

or u could cheat like me and use the easiest method...cheap but it works so u can't laugh!

with the drawing tools u can make any shape have a dotted line then u can just stick it into your favorite program.

Yeah, I like that way too. HEHEHEH That's a great idea. Just depends on how big your object will be. A dot will be less than 1k but you could get kinda big with a large image with lots of dots. Peace,
