Thread: How do I get an image to move smoothly across the stage?

    I have an image that I want to slowly and smoothly move across the stage. I am using motion tweening to move it from one place to another. When I preview, the movement is "jerky". Any ideas?? Thanks!

    hi sitcool.
    welcome to fk! how big is that image? it's file size? the larger the image the harder the computer works to make it smoother. what's your fps? that might have something to do with it.

    Hi guys,
    I think it's the framerate, cause I test it with a really powerful PC (unless the bitmap is REALLY BIG). So try it with 15fps.
