I'm using v.5, importing screen shots at 72 dpi and flash spits them out to look just like crap. Is there some way to increase the quality or use a specific file format that is better than another? Please help!

Import your best quality and most subtle graphics as a PNG 24, though they may seem HUGE, flash will do a good job of reducing the file size in the exported movie. Always use PNG 24 for good quality stuff with transparency effects too. All that said, imported jpg's and gif's can look just fine too.......

What software are you using to create the graphics?
Some of my colleagues use Paint Shop 'Pro', and it's utter bollocks. Blocky nasty and cheap. It's a brick.
