email through Flash

In my Flash site, I want to put in my e-mail address as a link so the user can send me e-mail. I can't find out how to do this through Help in the Flash program, or in my Quickstart guide.

Can you help me?

Hi! OK, here's what you do. Make your button, you don't need to have states on it. Place the button on the stage and then double click it. Open the actions tab and pick the Get URL action. Then in the box on the right type in *mailto: youremailaddress@mail.com* without anything around it. Just the mailto and the address. That should do it!

Can this also be done if you make a form? Like signing a guestbook or something but it is sent to your mailbox, possible?
