I am looking for price quotes for a 3-6 minute cartoon.

The cartoon would be for a kids' site and would not require dialog. I will provide 2 images that would provide the starting point of the main character and the "bad guy" I will contain basic music, and sound effects. Storyboard creation not necessary but preferable. And since this is a kids site, the material must be child friendly.

I must see examples of your work before you will be considered, and this work could lead into much higher paying opportunities in the future. This project has a small budget, but once you send me your price quote, I will work out the details of payment with my client.

I am proficient in Flash, but am not a cartoon animator. In addition to the cartoon, I will also need the .fla for changes and art. Once the cartoon is complete, ownership will transfer to my client and I will have full access to it for changes, and for usage of artwork in other components of the website.
