Techniques on Flash Designing?

My Question; What is the easiest way to organize a layout
for a newsite - using Flash (5.0)DO I create Templates and html.I am fairly new to site building ( 1.5 yrs. )& new to flash. I have experimented with some tutes but wish to really get down to work on a project.I am uncertain as to build my site as just flash or embed it.

Well what you do really depends on what functionality you want to implement and what information you want to display. Most sites out there are still traditional HTML with some flash content - either a banner, or menu, or intro, etc. Others, are full flash. It really depends again on the functionality you want to implement.
