Back-button won't work (actions)

Can someone help me with this. I created my website in different scenes in flash. Now i wanted to create a back - button to go back to the previous scene. Sometimes it works and sometimes it refuses to work. I added a action to it, like on mouseevent .... goto scene... frame...
but it keeps returning to the first frame of my whole movie. I tried a new button out the gallery of flash, and that worked one time, and now it still refuses to go to that particular scene.

Does someone know what this is? All my actions contain the information, go to that frame in that scene...
