Flash Kit has zero tollerance for anything to do with WAREZ. It is pretty much an automatic ban to post links to them.
sweeeeeeeeEEEEt. so when is flashkit going to post more copyrighted flash preview screenshots and get yelled at by macromedia for it? i cant wait for those

Aww, come on guys, leave 'im alone. He's obviously crawled out of his hole and come here because it was lonely where he's from.

BTW - what do you think of my pirate smiley? I think we should use it to brand those who ask for warez.

I recently read an article pertaining to Warez and the illegal acquiring of programs/MP3's/images, etc. and was surprised by one quote by the author...

While software developers do not create and distribute their own illegal, cracked versions of software, the idea of their product being distributed to a wide audience is not completely disappointing. In fact, many companies will release a free "Beta" version of their software in hopes to gain a larger following of supporters before they take their product live. What this amounts to is an extremely successful form of product branding and marketing (i.e. great product + free = widespread use and promotion). Many of today's most popular programs have escalated to their level of popularity due, in large part, to the dutiful hands of teenage hacker wannabes with too much time on their hands. As the number of downloads increase, product awareness increases as well. In fact, free trial downloads of very costly programs are offered by many companies. It is common knowledge among software developers and competitors that free trials to a hacker is like a giant lollipop to a crying baby… irresistible.
While this doesn't jsutify illegal distribution/obtaining of software, it speaks loudly. I have never seen a software developer's website post a message stating "Please help us stop Warez! Report all sites illegally distributing our product."

    Regards,
    Jabez

You know Bill Gates used to say the exact same thing
Did he ever once lower his prices just because more people were buying his products?
    Not on your life!

    Yes, I agree
    The correct spelling would be:
    Arrrrrrrrgh!
Yarr is only for Norwegian pirates

    hmm

there seems to be a problem with some people..

you dont need the warez version of flash to evaluate to product, that's what the "trial downloads" are for
