Being the lazy, non-energetic type that I am I would appreciate it if you could go out and find some stuff for me

Basically instead of creating a whole heap of webpages I would like something that would deliver articles based on a search string e.g. http://www.sargant.com/tutorial.cgi?0101 would deliver tutorial 1.1, while http://www.sargant.com/tutorial.cgi?0306 would deliver tutorial 3.6. I don't need anything fancy, just something that returns results of some huge variables.

A CGI script would be nice, but I can stretch to ASP considering I'm freeloading
