    How do I make a link from one frame appear on the other frame?

    I think this is what your looking for you can use a button to link it to your other frame like this

    on (release) {
    gotoAndPlay (whatever);
    }

    and make sure you put a stop action in the frame on which the button is in or else it will keep on playing the movie
