Thread: how can mac users see my flash site that was made on a pc.

    how can mac users see my flash site that was made on a pc. every one that i know with a mac said all they would see is a black screen. what is the problem? -thanks.

    pc to mac

    there should be no problem.
    do they have the most recent flash player loaded?

    yes they have the new player. would it have anything to do with using comand load movie .swf file? instead of get url .html file?

    you could try taking the project to a mac on a PC formatted zip disk. Then you can see whether it is the mac or the network that has a problem. As for the loadmovie command, the flash player is (supposedly) universal no matter what the platform, hence any actionscript command that works on a mac will also work on a PC and vice versa.
