    I am newbie and want to learn both flash and swish, so please let me know where can i get open source .swi for me to understand swish better

    I would recommend using the Search function on this site. You will find a myriad of .swi's Also, look into the Tutorials section on Flashkit.

    http://www.swishtips.com is a good place to start. once there, follow their links on to the next swish site, and so on. you can learn LOTS by analysing these things!

    & don't forget the "samples" menu!

    try the welcome thread at the top of all the posts here. It explains how to get the best from this forum and also provides a list of resource sites that have demos, tutorials, downloadable examples, and useful links.
