Pre-loader problem Flash 4

I have set-up a preloader to load 50% of an overall file with my minimum-loadpoint set at 50% and the final Stop Action frame is set to the end of my file. It seems to load the full movie.

Used the code found from the FLASH 4 Bible.

Any ideas??

Any example of a pre-loader FLA which loads a percentage of a file would be great!

Could you give us a more exact idea of what you code is. It's kinda hard to say what could be wrong from you first post, a number of things spring to mind.

Also the movies section of flashkit has a HUGE number of preloaders, just do a quick serch.
