offset projector popup window

Is their any way to specify the location that a popup window from projector opens? Using the FSCommand the new window covers the old.
Any thoughts?

3'rd party tools are the only way to do this...
SWF Studio is a good third party tool but there is also Swiff Canvas, Projector Luancher, and Jugglor on the market. All three of these tools will allow you to set the position of the Projector EXE.

There aren't any MAC projector tools to date so you would be out of luck there.

can these 3rd party apps also save a mac version or would an hqx work if I unstuffed it? Applescript?
