HTML (JAVASCRIPT) HELP

HELP!

I know this is not a flash problem.... but I really would appreciate help if anyone can give me some. I have 2 problems.

1. If a user views my html site, and there is a font on my site which is not on the users site, is there any script which can upload (either automatically or promt) that font onto their machine (probably have the fonts on site's server)

2. Is there a javascript (or any script) which can create a pull down menu exactly like that on http://www.microsoft.com that works on BOTH ie, and netscape. I do not want to use hidden layers.
