Found I ranked #1 in Yahoo 45 minutes later nowhere to be found??????

I was typing in some keywords into Yahoo, they were the same keywords I had placed on some doorway pages to a site I made. Low and behold I found one of my doorway pages in the # 1 position.
My blood raced...but not for long. Just 45 minutes later I typed it in again and it was nowhere to be found. I went several through several result pages and found nothing. What the heck happened?????
In the wild chance that this makes any difference I use a Mac and I was using Internet Explorer

No. Why would your computer or browser have any effect on how a server at Yahoo searches itself for the keyword you typed in?
