    TOONBOOM 2 D STUDIO IS FLASH -- IT SAVES IN FLASH, JUST IT HAS MORE ANIMATOR'S TOOLS FOR CREATING A DECENT ANIMATED FILM IN FLASH FORMAT FOR WWW-BROADCASTING.

    It isn't flash, many features are missing from Toonboom, its a nice package, but I think flash is actually a bargain, compared to Toonboom, but if you have the money and just want to animate, go for Toonboom....
