....Seconds lost.....with actions

I dont know if it hapens only with me but, in flash 5, when you click at the timeline, to call the Object actions my Mac seens like freeze... pass some seconds and after this it opens... Flash5a(the update) didnt work... and Thus Flash 5 brakes most frequently than 4... Its normal...hapens with all?????
