PreLoader help please

I am stuck trying to get a preloader to work,
My site has my Music Files imbedded in the
flash swf's

First I made a preloader movie.
that I can put in the first frame
and the actual movie starts on the second
frame.
So the Preloading movie is supposed to be looping
while the main movie loads. (The Preloader says
Loading please wait,.... a animation)

Do I put a stop action on the first frame.

I know I do some
frames loaded action scipt on the
Preloader movie.

My movie has a total of 160 frames
including the first frame
which is the keyframe with the
Preloader movie which is just named
preloader...

I am confused a bit with this action scripting
could someone please show how the script connected to
the preloader movie would look like.

Also is it possible to export that little
preloader movie, my site has about 9
sound files which are all embedded and all large
so they could all use it.

I would love to put in a loading bar,
but I cant even get past this
preloader clip that just has a

"loading"

For me is better to work with escens
in first scene the prloader and
the second scene the movie.

download a preload and put in the first scene.
