can anyone please help me on this
i want an animation of 3-4 buttons in which they first appear and on clicking on anyone of them,only the clicked one stays and the rest go away
like in sites http://www.matinee.co.uk and http://www.collectivestudios.com

it shouldnt be that hard to execute using labels.

creat ur buttons
then create keyframe sets at 20,30,40 or however long it will take to dissapear the buttons
then label these sets at their first frame (ie. 1dissapear)
at frame 20(set one) animate all the buttons leaving except the first one
at frame 30(set two) animate all the buttons leaving except the second one
do the same for frame 40(set three)
place a stop action on frame 1(with all the buttons visible)
place stop actions on each of the last frames of the frame sets.
place goto frame actions on each button that call the appropriate framset and voila.
if u play around with that basic setup(if u could understand it, i'm sure i wrote it horribly, sorry) i'm sure u'll find a setup that works for u.
