Associate an icon (.ico)

Anyone know how to associate an icon with a Flash projector? I want to deliver a downloadable 'app' for visitors to my website with various stuff on it (program launcher, calcultaor etc.). I'm going to deliver it using Paquet which installs it like a proper program, but I don't want the pink diamond in the start menu.

Any ideas?

I know that http://www.***********.com/ will allow you to manipulate the icon, but I don't know of any quick fixes, at this point.
