    Hello,

    The author of a book about animation is interested to use some images from
    my flash movies to illustrate the text. The only stipulation the publisher
    makes is that anything he uses will have to be to print resolution. Can you
    help me please - I have no idea how to do this.

    Go to File -> export image. Give it a name and a file format. After that you'll be presented with a dialoge box to set your export settings, one of which is resolution. Your printer probably wants 300-600.
