try putting in the html page body tag
topmargin= '"0" leftmargin="0"

I already did it but I still have a problem!

in the object tag make label the movie 100% like the example below (see bolded part):
Code:
<object classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=5,0,0,0" WIDTH=100% HEIGHT=100%>
<param name=movie value="./flash/left_title01.swf">
<param name=quality value=high>
<embed src="./flash/left_title01.swf" quality=high pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash" type="application/x-shockwave-flash">
</embed>
</object>
WIDTH=100% HEIGHT=100%
that should make it full screen, regardless of resolution or size of browser window.

Thanks Svperstarr,
but that's not what I really needed. You see my real problem is the white border and the solution of 100% doesn't solve this problem.
Fortunately some good guy gave me that wonderfull address where I found answeres for all of my questions and I hope that will help everyone who is interested! So here is the address

You can also make the movie itself 100% by 100% instead of using pixles , its under your Publish settings. thats the easiest.

Try to place this flash movie into an HTML page and you will understand what's the problem, even if it is 100% itself. The solution is an extra HTML code written in the above address.
