    What is a chmod?
    And how do i change it?

    I use windows nt 4.0 and iis 4.0

    chmod

    chmod is used to give permissions to directories or files.

    beacause i don't use windows, and pherhaps the chmod is different from mac.

    there is no chmod option on an nt server they just work so don't worry about it
