how to make a smaller pop up browser window

Im making a Products page, from an All flash site, that pops up a smaller (is this chromless?) browser window that has the Larger CD pic and the paypal button with buying description.

So I know how to make it getUrl blank...but how do I then make it a resized small browser with no toolbars?
