swift3d or other 3d for flash

i just start to like the 3d looks in flash.. but i am confused about all the 3d programs out there..
for compatibility for importing in flash.. what should i use? swift3d .. 3dmax .. or what other programs??

as a newbie.. what program should i start up w/...
